An opportunity is available for experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to support elementary and middle school students in a dynamic educational setting in Naples, FL. This full-time position offers a contract through the current school year (CSY), providing consistent hours and a caseload designed to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy assistance to students aged PreK through high school, managing caseloads between 50-55 students.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and educational staff to implement individualized speech and language intervention plans.
- Monitor student progress and maintain documentation in accordance with state and district standards.
- Provide therapy across multiple school sites including elementary, middle, and high school environments as assigned.
- Maintain active communication with families and educators to support student success.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Current and active Florida Department of Health SLPA license required.
- Proven experience assisting with speech-language pathology services in school settings.
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and multi-site assignments effectively.
- Ability to work on-site full-time with a flexible schedule across various schools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
